1. Who we are

This website (wondertech.co.za) is operated by Wonder Technology (Pty) Ltd, Company Registration No. 2016/319894/07, of Unit 10, Plot 42 Gemsbok Street, Quaggafontein, Bloemfontein, 9301, South Africa ("Wonder Technology", "we", "us", "our"). All goods purchased through this website are sold by Wonder Technology as merchant of record.

The technical platform that powers this website is provided to Wonder Technology by Sudowan under a separate licence. Sudowan is not a party to your purchase. Any technical-platform queries should be directed to Wonder Technology in the first instance, who will refer them to Sudowan if necessary.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, creating an account, placing an order, or submitting any enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use this website. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at /contact if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Products, pricing and availability

Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at the prevailing rate unless expressly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel orders placed at a manifestly incorrect price, change product specifications, and discontinue products at any time. Stock indicators are best-effort and not guaranteed.

Dealer pricing, where shown, is available only to verified dealer accounts and is subject to the dealer programme terms communicated separately.

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we issue a written order confirmation. Payment is processed via the third-party payment processors integrated with this website, including PayFast (Pty) Ltd for online card and EFT payments. By submitting payment information you authorise the relevant processor to charge the agreed amount.

6. Delivery

Delivery is fulfilled by third-party couriers, including The Courier Guy. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supply.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

You may cancel an order in accordance with section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2008. The right to return defective or non-conforming goods within six (6) months is preserved by section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act. Items returned in resaleable condition are refundable less any reasonable handling charge; the return courier cost is for the customer's account unless the goods were defective on delivery.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the website for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, harassment or infringement of any third-party right;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or any account other than your own;
scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content from the website without our prior written consent;
upload, post, or transmit any content that contains malware or interferes with the website's normal operation;
impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

9. Intellectual property

The "Wonder Technology" name and logo, the company registration details, the product photographs supplied by Wonder Technology, and the business content on this website are the property of Wonder Technology (Pty) Ltd or its respective owners.

The underlying website platform (source code, application architecture, deployment automation, integrated services) is the property of Sudowan and is operated on behalf of Wonder Technology under licence. Nothing on this website transfers any ownership of the platform or the business content to any user.

You receive no licence to copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of any content on the website beyond ordinary personal use to interact with our products and services.

10. Third-party services

This website integrates with third-party services including PayFast, The Courier Guy, Anthropic (for AI assistance), and others identified in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party service provider.

11. Warranties and disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. The statutory warranties under the Consumer Protection Act in respect of goods sold to you are not affected.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonder Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, however arising. Our aggregate liability under or in connection with any single transaction is limited to the amount paid by you for the goods or services giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes to these terms

We may amend these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Free State Division, Bloemfontein.
